JUDGMENT
This Court, by an order dated 21.06.2021, ordered fresh notice to the respondent and also specifically directed the appellant to file a batta on or before 24.06.2021, failing which, the Appeal Suit shall stand automatically dismissed for default.
2. Even till today, the appellant did not file a batta to issue notice to the respondent. Therefore, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
