This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 18.03.2022 in E.A.S.R.No.404/2022 in E.P.No.20 of 2019 and subsequently, direct the learned District Munsif, Polur to take E.A.S.R.No.404 of 2022 on file.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this civil revision petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
