ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to protect the petitioner's life and liberty by taking action against the respondents 6 to 10 who were conducting Kangaroo Courts in his village. 2.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, he was issued C.S.R.No.180 of 2021 on 30.03.2021 and thereafter the fifth respondent conducted detailed enquiry and closed the complaint on the same day. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the prayer sought for in this writ petition seeking police protection cannot be granted. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum for his relief. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
