ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner to deploy and operate ambulance services in ONGC sites situated in Nagapattinam and Thiruvarur Districts.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the third, fourth and fifth respondents submitted that if the direction is given by this Court, the same will be complied with.

4. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in the present petition, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the third, fourth and fifth respondents seeking for necessary protection for the purpose of deploying and operating
