When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Civil Revision Case is arising out of the order passed in C.M.P.No.4157 of 2017 dated 13.04.2018 and

consequential order dated 12.06.2018 in D.V.C.No.17 of 2017 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate No.XV, George Town, Chennai and subsequently, the main case itself has been disposed of and hence nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Revision.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
