ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri, on all working days at 10.00 a.m., until further orders imposed in para no.6(b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.20982 of 2024 dated 30.08.2024 in Crime No.21 of 2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20982 of 2024 dated 30.08.2024 is relaxed.
