This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate - I, Alandur, instead of Judicial Magistrate - II, Alandur, in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.27807 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024.

2. Though the other facts are correctly mentioned in the petition, only satisfaction Court has been wrongly mentioned, which fact was not seriously disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed and further two weeks time is extended for complying the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.27807 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024.
