ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) In pursuance to the observation of the Court in W.P.No.24818 of 2015 decided on 12.08.2015, a Centralised Committee was formed by the Government vide order dated 08.10.2015. The petitioner now prays that the Centralised Committee should speed up its activities. On the Court query whether the petitioner has brought to the notice of the Committee any lands which are meant for the benefit of SC/ST community that have been occupied by others, his answer is that it is only for the Committee to look into it.
2. We are not inclined to entertain this petition, as the Committee is stated to be looking into the issue and if the petitioner has any specific instance, he can bring it to the notice of the Committee.
3. The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid observation. No costs.
