Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari Mandamus to call for the records from the second respondent pertaining to the proceedings no.19001/Ki.Si.Vu/2010 dated 21.05.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner from the date of his suspension to the date of his superannuation with all attended benefits and provide pension in accordance with law.
