PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent police 1 to 3 to forthwith execute the non-bailable warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court, Thiruthuraipoondi in S.T.C.No.151 of 2017 against the 4th respondent.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to execute the nonbailable warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court, Thiruthuraipoondi in S.T.C.No.151 of 2017 against the 4th respondent.

2. Though this petition has been filed seeking a direction to execute non-bailable warrant, the accused already surrendered before the trial court. In such view of the matter, no further order is required in this petition. Considering the fact that the trial is pending for more than five years, the trial court shall complete the trial and dispose the proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order without any further delay. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
