C.M.P.No.7368 of 2020 in S.A.No.1212 of 2009 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.

Pending second appeal, the first respondent died and therefore, this application is filed to bring the legal heirs of the first respondent.

2.From the affidavit, this Court finds that the husband of the first respondent is already on record as 2nd respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent has no objection in allowing this application and also filed vakalat for the proposed respondents.

Accordingly, this application to bring the legal heirs of the 1st respondent is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the second appeal. The learned counsel for the appellant is directed to serve amended copy of the second appeal to the learned counsel for the proposed respondents.
