Application No.2507 of 2019 in C.S.No.1133 of 2008 S.VAIDYANATHAN,J.

This Application is filed seeking a direction to the Registrar of this Court to make payments to the Plaintiff from and out of the amounts lying in the credit of the suit in C.S.No.1133 of 2008.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant. However, there is no representation for the Respondent.

3. On 21.08.2018, this Court held that it is open to the Plaintiff to seek appropriation of money lying to the credit of the suit for satisfying the decree pursuant to this judgment in full or to the extent possible.

4. Now, that the entire amount has been deposited in the Court, the Defendant will have to pay more than Rs.2 crores to the Plaintiff.

5. In view of the above, this Application is ordered as prayed for.

The amount shall be disbursed to the Plaintiff within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
