Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the order passed by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.1037/2014/PDS3 dated 09.02.2015 directing the 2nd respondent to suspend the petitioner from service and consequential issue of charge memo dated 11.03.2015 and order of dismissal dated 02.05.2015 by the 2nd respondent quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner from service as salesman with back wages and all other attendant benefits.
