Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to further relax the condition directing the petitioner to report before the Respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders as imposed by this Honble Court on 22.12.2021 in Crl MP NO.13887/2021 in Crl.OP.No.20902/2021. Order:This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.LENIN,Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.Balamurugane Public Prosecutor for Pondicherry on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.13887 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.20902 of 2021 dated 22.12.2021. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying the condition.
3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed with the condition to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
