Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's application No.438694 for MBBS course for the academic year 2015-2016 under the Scheduled Tribes(Konda Reddies) category and select her for the above said course within a time to be specified by this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice. The writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's application No.438694 for MBBS course for the academic year 2015-2016 under the Scheduled Tribes(Konda https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Reddies) category and select her for the above said course. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner was issued with a community certificate, based on which, her application was considered under ST category and she was permitted to pursue the MBBS course.

3.Recording the same, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
