ORDER

The writ petitions has been filed challenging the orders dated 27.02.2012 & 29.02.2012 passed by the respondent in GDC No.E1/4864/2012, thereby placing the petitioner under suspension and also not allowing the petitioner to retire from service respectively. 2.

Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this case. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to cost.
