On 06.01.2023 this Court passed the following order: "Plaintiff is directed to give paper publication about the date of hearing, in any one of the newspapers having wide circulation in the locality, where the second defendant is stated to be residing, as per the plaint.

2. The paper publication shall be effected latest by 28.02.2023.

3. Post the matter on 23.03.2023."

2. Now the present application has been filed to extend the time specified in the order dated 06.01.2023 for a further period of 30 days from the date of this order.
