This petition has been filed to amend the order of this Court dated 08.02.2016 in Crl.O.P.NO.2234 of 2016.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the name of the petitioners mentioned in the order of this court dated 08.02.2016 is amended as "Ponnumalai and Senthil Velavan" as against Ponmail and Senthil mentioned in the order of this Court dated 08.02.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.2234 of 2016. Further, petitioner is granted time till 03.03.2016 to comply with the conditions ordered by this Court on 08.02.2016.

4. Registry is directed to incorporate the above amendment and issue fresh orders. The others contends of the order of this Court dated 08.02.2016 shall remain unaltered.
