J., The petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed by my learned predecessor, Hon'ble Mr. Justice A.D.

Jagadish Chandira, directing the petitioner/A1 to deposit the original deed worth about Rs. 25,00,000/- (Rupees TwentyFive Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No. 122 of 2024 without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the trial Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/A1 would submit that the petitioner is unable to produce any title documents and sought for modification.

3. It is seen from the order that this Court had taken into consideration the voluntary submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that they would produce property documents; the said condition was imposed.

4. Since the earlier condition was imposed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice A.D.Jagadish Chandira, it is desirable that the matter be heard by the same judge.

5. Hence, the Registry is directed to place the matter before the Hon'ble The Chief Justice for getting appropriate orders.
