Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned orders of transfer order dated 05.06.2020 vide in Se.Mu.Aa.No.MESI/7738/2020 passed by the second respondent and the proceedings order dated 06.06.2020 No.A1/4390/2019 passed by the fourth respondent and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in the office of the fourth respondent.
