Crl.O.P.No.7084 of 2024 N. ANAND VENKATESH.,J Today, the matter was listed under the caption "for being mentioned", since some inadvertent mistakes had crept in the order. Therefore, paragraph No.5 of the order dated 25.03.2024, shall be replaced as follows: 5.In the light of the above discussion, the condition imposed by the Court below directing the petitioner to deposit 20% of the compensation is hereby set aside. The matter is remanded back to the file of the learned IV th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur at ponneri, who shall deal with the defence that has been taken by the petitioner and also the grounds raised in the appeal and pass appropriate orders u/s.148 of the Negotiable instruments Act, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the order and issue fresh order copy today.
