Ms.S.T.P.Kuilmozhi in both CRPs C O M M O N O R D E R Perused the report of the learned Family Court Judge, Erode dated 05.07.2021. It appears that Interlocutory Applications have been pending in 1/4

both G.W.O.P. No. 245 of 2019 and F.C.O.P. No. 394 of 2019, in the first matter seeking custody and in the second matter for interim maintenance. The trial of both the Original Petitions would not be possible, unless the said Interlocutory Applications are disposed of.

3. Therefore, this requires co-operation from the parties and keeping that factor in mind, a time limit of 31.12.2021 is granted for disposal of both these matters.
