When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasions i.e. on 24.11.2021 and 14.12.2021, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 04.01.2022 under the caption "For Dismissal". Since, there was no sitting on 04.01.2022, the Page No.1 of 3

case is listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". 2.

Even today, i.e. 05.01.2022, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was passed over and again, when it was called at 12.45 p.m., none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.

In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
