ORDER
[Order of the Court was delivered by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] In pursuant to the order dated 18.12.2017, Ms.D.Karthika, presently working as the Village Administrative Officer, Gummidipoondi, is present before this Court and she would state that the entries at page No.12A of the typedset of documents have been made by one Mr.Seshadri, who is now working as the Revenue Assistant at Ponneri and she would state that since no prescribed format is given, the entries as pointed out, are being made after proper verification.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner after advancing arguments for some time, on instructions, seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail the common law remedy and also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
3.In the light of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty to sought for by the petitioner, is granted. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
