This Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 48 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A.

2.Though notice served on the respondents 4 & 5 and their names are printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of them. Notice sent to the respondents 2 and 3 returned with an endorsement "Left" and "Addressee moved" respectively. It is submitted that the respondents 2 and 3 remained ex-parte before the Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the respondents 1 & 6.

4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
