COMMON ORDER The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners submitted that the second respondent has passed rejection order in O.Mu.No.4315/A4/2021, dated 25.06.2021, wherein, proposal for approval to the appointment of petitioners has been rejected. Challenging he said rejection order, the petitioner viz., Mrs.Christabel Ann Thomas has filed amendment application before this Court in WMP.No.1477 of 2022, however, this Court is not inclined to entertain the amendment application for the reason that the rejection order passed by the second respondent would give new cause of action.
2.In view of the rejection order passed by the second respondent, these writ petitions have become infructuous, however, this Court is inclined to grant liberty to the petitioners to challenge rejection order passed by the second respondent.
3.Accordingly, these Writ Petitions stand dismissed as infructuous, with the above said liberty to the petitioners. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
