ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.No.1 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tambaram.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners had been directed to take private notice to the second respondent vide order dated 05.03.2024. However, it has not been taken so far. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to take fresh notice to the second respondent, privately. 3.

Post the matter after two weeks. Till then, the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court viz., the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram pertaining to CC.No.01 of 2024 is dispensed with for the present, on account of the existing stay in Crl.M.P.No.4003 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.5489 of 2024, except for receipt of copies, answering the charges, questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C., passing of judgment, or any other date as may be required by the trial Court. However, the petitioners shall be represented by their counsel on all the hearing dates before the Trial Court. 27-01-2026 MRN
