ORDER

This Criminal original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondent to register a case based upon the petitioner's Complaint dated 02.07.2016, investigate the same and to file a final Report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Public prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that one Y.Gee.Mahendra, has made very disparaging remarks in his face book page in connection with the recent murder of one Swathi, pursuant to which, the petitioner herein, who is a Senior Journalist, has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

come forward with this petition to register an FIR. This Court perused the impugned material. Though the reference to one Bilal Malik as the alleged assailant is too premature and is not in good taste, nevertheless, this Court is not inclined to direct the respondent to register an FIR. In a large democracy like ours, such isolated aberration requires to be ignored and it is not worth giving any importance to such accusations. This Court is of the view that the respondent police will proceed with the investigation uninfluenced by such remarks from any quarters.
