ORDER

This revision petition has been filed seeking early disposal of O.S.No.144 of 2011 on the file of the II Additional District Court, Salem.

The said suit is filed for partition, permanent injunction etc. It is stated that subsequently, the above said suit was transferred to the Fast Track Court-I, Salem, which is pending as on date. It is further stated that summons were issued to the defendants and they have entered appearance. The matter is adjourned periodically. 3.

Taking into consideration the above facts, this Court directs the learned II Additional District Judge, Salem to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.144 of 2011 on or before 31.07.2017. 4.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
