O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to register the complaint dated 24.01.2022 given by the petitioner to take necessary action against the said Velu @ Kalidas.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that on the complaint given by the Petitioner dated 24.01.2022, enquiry has been conducted in C.No.244/DCTNAGAR/PG/2022 and the same has been closed as civil in nature/business transaction on 28.03.2022 by the second respondent.

3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not received the closure report.

4. In view of the above, direction is issued to the second respondent to serve closure report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same before the jurisdictional Court in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
