CRIME NO.10 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 22/01/2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.536 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.NO.17447 of 2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL .P, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.536 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.17447 of 2020, dated 22.01.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.536 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.17447 of 2020, dated 22.01.2021 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

4. Taking into consideration, the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.536 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.17447 of 2020, dated 22.01.2021 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall himself be available, as and when required by the respondent.
