C.M.P.No.11533 of 2022 in C.M.A.No.3165 of 2017 P.T. ASHA, J., This application is filed seeking to bring on record the petitioners 1 and 2 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant viz., K.Saravanabavan and array them as appellants 2 and 3 in the above Second appeal.

2. Heard Mr.M.Lokesh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.S.Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the second respondent-Insurance Company.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondentInsurance Company has no objection for this petition being allowed.

4. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered.
