Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2014. 2.The petitioners were appointed as Night Watchman in the year 1992. Lateron, they were regularised in service with effect from 2012. They made representation dated 10.12.2014 to regularise them with effect from the date of their appointment. 3.The prayer of the petitioners is only to consider their representation dated 10.12.2014 and pass orders. In view of such a narrow prayer made, a direction is issued to the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioners' representation dated 10.12.2014, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
