This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.06.2015 and investigate into the matter and submit a report to the Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petitioner's wife had given a complaint against him in CSR.No.79 of 2015, which was closed, since the petitioner who is a sailer had gone on a sea voyage. Now the petitioner has given a complaint against his wife, which is under enquiry.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry in both the complaints and take action in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
