ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the writ petitioner, to call for the concerned records relating to the order of transfer bearing No.1005/Papi(Poo)5/MTC/2013 dated 25.02.2013 (served on 02.04.2013) passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to allow the petitioner to join in the office of the 2nd respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
