The present petition has been filed this writ petition, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner in the light of G.O.Ms.No.111, School Education (R1) Dept., dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

09.05.2012 and G.O.Ms.No.247, dated 03.10.2012 forthwith and pay all the service and monetary benefits.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer in the present writ petition has become infructuous. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
