This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners without any reason.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the father of the first petitioner has lodged a complaint against the petitioners and they were called for enquiry by the respondent Police.

4. In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioners. The petitioners shall co-operate in the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioners against arrest. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
