ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] Captioned writ petition has been filed by the father of a convict prisoner Sivakumar.

Ms.S.Nadhiya, learned counsel for petitioner who is before us submits that the nucleus of the captioned writ petition is a representation dated 16.03.2023 seeking leave for the convict prisoner (petitioner's son) qua a bereavement. It is not necessary to be detained any further by facts as Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned State Additional Public Prosecutor who accepts notice for the lone respondent submits that the request in the petitioner's aforementioned representation has since been acceded to. Learned State Additional Public Prosecutor has placed before us proceedings of the lone respondent dated 23.03.2023 bearing reference in Letter No.631/Tha.Ku.1/2023 and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:

In the light of the narrative thus far, nothing survives in the captioned writ petition and therefore we drop the curtains on the captioned writ petition.
