Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ or order or orders or direction, particulartly in the nature of writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.02.2022 by exempting the lands mentioned in the Schedule from acquisition by invoking Section 24(2) of Act 30 of 2013 " the Right Fair Compensation and Transparency in land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and resettlement Act (30/2013) under Section 24(2) to secure the ends of justice.
