ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had lodged a complaint with the respondent police on 20.03.2021 seeking police protection. Despite the petitioner being lawful land owner, peaceful possession of the property is obstructed by local rowdy elements and he is unable to construct a compound wall in the property.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint dated 20.03.2021 has not been lodged with the respondent police. If a complaint is lodged, thereafter, the respondent police would act in accordance with law.

3. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh complaint along with necessary documents to the respondent police within a period of one week from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter the respondent police to act in accordance with law. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
