This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the judgement and decree in I.A.No.101 of 2018 in H.M.O.P.No.55 of 2018 on the file of Page No.1 of 4

Principal Sub Court, Mayiladuthurai dated 02.11.2019.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the subject matter O.P.No.55 of 2018 has been filed before the Principal Sub Court, Mayiladuthurai and Subsequently, the same was transferred to Subordinate Court, Sirkali and re-numbered as O.P.No.5 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the Subordinate Court, Sirkali has already been dismissed the aforesaid O.P.No.5 of 2023 as not pressed. Hence, this civil revision petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication. He has also produced a copy of the status report to that effect.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the status report, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
