This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15740 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10824 of 2023, dated 06.10.2023.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel and charge sheet yet to be filed. Hence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15740 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10824 of 2023, dated 06.10.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months and thereafter, appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail.
