The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent and to quash the notice dated 27.02.2023 in No.987/ED/ AE.Y/F4/2022-23 and consequently direct the second respondent to restore the current connection bearing No.3993/A2 to the petitioner's premises at 8-1-028, Zacria Nagar, Yanam.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that for non payment of the current consumption charges, electricity service connection was dis-connected on 27.02.2023. However, now the petitioner is ready to pay the entire current consumption charges of Rs.9,781/- and to co-operate with the respondents. 3.Considering the fair submission now made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court permits the petitioner to pay the entire current consumption charges of Rs.9,781/- and directs the petitioner to open the main gate to normalise the position of the entrance in the ground floor so as to enable the respondents to 2/4

restore the service connection in his favour. 4.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
