2. Fresh summons to the defendant in C.S.(Comm Div) No.68 of 2024 returnable by four weeks. Private summon is also permitted by registered post with acknowledgment due.

3. Batta to be paid on or before 10.04.2024 for effecting service on the defendant, failing which, the suit itself shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court. If the batta is paid on or before 10.04.2024 and the same is otherwise in order, Registry is directed to process the same without any further delay preferably on or before 12.04.2024. Affidavit of service along with acknowledgment to be filed on or before 08.05.2024.
