When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate has produced the Government Order in G.O.(2D)No.39, dated 10.03.2017 passed by the Health and Family Welfare (L2) Department, wherein it has been stated that the petitioner has been promoted as Joint Director and she has also joined the duty as Joint Director on 15.03.2017. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the Contempt Petition is closed.
