A direction is given to the District Munsif Court, Anthiyur with reference to O.S.No.225 of 2019, that whenever the matter is ready for trial and posted in the Special List and whenever the

plaintiff grazes the witness box, the evidence should be recorded and trial should be completed within a period of four (4) months from that particular date.

2. I am also informed that the third respondent has been set ex-parte. If any application is filed for setting aside the said ex-parte order, subject to the time spent in the process of the same, the time may be extended for disposal of the suit.
