ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.07.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 06.07.2015 by post and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint to the second respondent police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
