O R D E R

The petitioner herein was granted bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge in Crl.M.P.No.562/16 on 04.04.2016 for the offences under Sections 420 and 506 (i) I.P.C in respect of cheating of Rs.10 lakhs, wherein the learned Sessions Judge observed that once Anticipatory Bail is granted, he has settled the amount and Anticipatory Bail was granted. Subsequently, he has not paid the said amount and hence the Court below cancelled the bail on 20.06.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.2629/17. Hence, the accused moved this revision before this Court. At the time of admission of Cr.P.C., on 18.07.2018, he was required to deposit of Rs.2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

lakhs before the Registrar (General), High Court, Madras and conditional order was not complied with and he had not attended the Mediation also as per order dated 06.07.2018.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) appearing for the first respondent contended that investigation is completed and final report has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pondicherry.

3. In view of the pendency of the criminal revision, the Criminal Appeal is not taken on file by the Courts below.

4. Considering the fact that the conditional order was not complied with, I am not inclined to entertain the criminal revision.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision stands dismissed.

6. The learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) is hereby required to take note of the same and take steps to issue necessary Non-Bailable warrant and deal with the same in accordance with law.
