ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6412 of 2018 in Crime No.528 of 2018 on the file of V-Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai dated 18.12.2018 on the petitioner to executing a bond for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned for releasing the schedule mentioned property, to reduce the sureties bond value to less than Rs.2,00,000/- and with other some condition.

2. Heard both side.

3. The condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6412 of 2018 in Crime No.528 of 2018 passed by the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, by an order dated 18.12.2018 is modified as follows.- "Condition No.1, the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- with two sureties each for the like sum. The sureties shall be a owner of movable or immovable property worth more than Rs.5,00,000/- and he shall furnish necessary documents".

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied with the reasons submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, this court is modified the condition imposed by the Court below from Rs.5,00,000/- to Rs.1,00,000/- [Rupees One Lakh Only] to the credit of in Crl.M.P.No.6412 of 2018 in Crime No.528 of 2018 passed by the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, by an order dated 18.12.2018.

5. With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
