O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner in connection with the Crime No.Not Known of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, B-9 Saravanmpatti Police Station, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the basis of the complaint given by one Nataraj, against this petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the above, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioner can be given. However, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is directed to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for the petitioner against arrest.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
